Cohesion and performance: how their combination reduces production times
Luca Ruggeri joined our team in 2005 as a numerical control machine operator.
Like many of our other collaborators, he grew up in the company and with the company, and today Luca coordinates the machine tool department.
An important and delicate role at the same time, as it requires a constant balance between respecting deadlines and flexibility for customer requests. As he himself admitted in this interview: "Being responsible means having a few extra thoughts. Sometimes production increases and times get tight. But then I think about the path I've taken, and I know it's worth it."
His constant personal and professional growth has in fact allowed over the years to make his department the point of reference for emergencies and spare parts that require a rapid production process, also allowing the company to always have an internal department available for innovation.
The Challenge
As Luca Ruggeri himself tells us in this interview: "It's a continuous cycle job, and it's essential to manage production as best as possible, so that the other departments don't find themselves dry." This challenge travels in parallel with the need to know one's collaborators not only professionally but also personally.
The Goal
The objective of Luca and his department is therefore to always look ahead and be ahead of schedule with the work, in order to be able to manage any emergencies and guarantee an optimal service. Being in total synchrony with the team today allows us to reduce times, so as to be able to satisfy the customer's needs on the one hand and continuously innovate on the other.
